How would we develop you?
Through application of your ability, focussed on specific client issues using our proven techniques. You will be amazed by what you will learn about yourself. We will train in you in these techniques and supervise you thoroughly. We will provide direct feedback to help you grow faster.
What would you do?
You would work directly with our clients on assignments for which you must be well qualified. In interim situations you would be working directly for the client taking responsibility for your work. In consulting assignments you'd be responsible to the client but ultimately Curium is accountable for your work. You would be doing operations turnaround or business performable improvement work at pace and getting results.
What would you need?
You will have a minimum of 10 years progressive experience in your field. You will have worked in some discipline of operations management and hold a degree or equivalent qualification. You will not need an MBA. Above all you will need persistence and very positive attitude.
